IN-VEHICLE SERVICES OFFERED TO THE RIDERS:
• In order a rider is not wearing a mask or does not have a mask, surgical mask or N-95 will be
offered to the rider at no cost.
• A new 1oz sealed hand sanitizer will be offered to each rider to keep, free of charge.
• Pocket tissue packs will be offered in order to minimize contact with surfaces contacted by
others.
• Phone chargers will be offered upon request and will be sanitized before and after every trip.
• Water bottles will be offered upon request, to minimize contact with surfaces. (Water will not
be available in the cup holder).
• Magazines and newspapers will not be offered anymore, that would increase the risk of
spreading COVID-19 due to it being touched by several individuals.
• Car seats will be offered upon request and will be disinfected and sanitized.
FLEET DISINFECTING PROTOCOLS
• All vehicle surfaces will be disinfected before and after each ride.
• We use wet disinfecting wipes or disinfecting spray and rubbed with one time use paper
towels (Not reusable micro-fiber towels).
• In event of a possible case of COVID-19 in one of our vehicles, the vehicle will be removed
from the fleet for 48 hours, and will disinfected 3-4 times and fully detailed before used again.
• All door handles will be disinfected before and after every guest or passenger.
IN-CABIN AIR FILTER AND CIRCULATION
• We replace our Air Cabin Filter more than usual after 50 trips.
• Air re-circulation button will be always in off mode so that fresh air from out will be entering
the vehicle.
• The passengers window should be slightly open about 1 inch, for better air circulation in the
vehicle.
CHAUFFEUR INTERACTION
• Chauffeurs remain outfitted in their company issued black suit and tie, with added N95 mask
or equivalent and nitrile gloves.
• Chauffeurs equipped with ample supply of: N-95Masks, Disposable nitrile gloves, hand
sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and thermometers.
• Chauffeurs will use new pair of gloves before handling our guest's luggage’s ETC. Guests will
be offered option to handle their own luggage’s if they prefer their belongings not to be
touched, (hand sanitizer and gloves will be offered).
• For any reason, no passenger or guest is allowed to sit or use the front passenger seat.
• No more than 5 Passengers are allowed into our 6 Passenger SUV's.
• All chauffeurs have to do corona virus test every 14 days.
NO MASK NO SERVICE
Any guest or passenger that is not wearing a N-95 mask or equivalent, will be denied and we will
cancel the trip, NO EXCEPTION.

All our fleet is installed with 1/8-inch-thick plexiglass sneeze guard
